B.Eng. Product Design – Founder
Nathan Wallis is an engineer and the founder of Altus MedTech, as well as the creator of Hydromask. He leads the design and development of the company’s medical devices, integrating clinical feedback and real-world testing to ensure solutions are safe, practical, and effective in emergency care environments. His focus is on translating frontline insight into thoughtful, evidence-informed engineering that improves patient outcomes while supporting healthcare professionals.
Jessica Wallis
Registered Nurse – Co-Founder
Jessica is a Registered Nurse with over 16 years of experience across emergency, intensive care, community, and remote health settings in Australia and the United Kingdom. Her frontline experience managing ocular emergencies has provided critical insight into the limitations of current irrigation methods. She plays a key role in guiding Hydromask’s development to ensure it is practical, well-tolerated, and effective in real-world clinical environments.
